Han Jeong Sik " San Dor Rae 산둘레"/韩定食“San Dor Rae 산둘레/산둘레

Dear friends, have you ever been to Cheonan(천안/天安）?Cheonan is located at the northern Chungcheongnam-do province, is about 83.6 lkm from Seoul. If you are the vegetarian ,you might like the food of this restaurant in Cheonan, San Dor Rae 산둘레 ~~

I liked the dried vegetables dishes very much, from the third row on the left was 쑥부쟁이/Aster(from 구려/Gurae),쑥부쟁이/Aster( from 울룽도/Woolong Island),취나물 'Chwinamul '(Aster Scaber),방풍나물 'Bang Peong Namul ( Parsnip leaves from Yeosu) and 국화나물 (Chrysanthemum leaves)

亲爱的朋友们，您可曾到访天安（Cheonan/천안/）？天安位于忠清南道，离首尔约 83.6 公里。如果您是位素食者，或许您会喜欢这位于天安的餐馆的菜肴，San Dor Rae 산둘레~~

我喜欢那五种乾叶菜肴，从第三排的左手边开始：쑥부쟁이/Aster(from 구려/Gurae),쑥부쟁이/Aster( from 울룽도/Woolong Island),취나물 'Chwinamul '(Aster Scaber),방풍나물 'Bang Peong Namul ( Parsnip leaves from Yeosu，欧洲防风叶) and 국화나물 (Chrysanthemum leaves菊花叶)

"Dan Hobak Jorim"/Braised Pumpkin/ 红烧南瓜/ 단호박조림

Dear friends, share with you this"Dan Hobak Jorim" ! In Korean, Dan Hobak" means sweet pumpkin. This dish is prepared by my youngest daughter for me to taste ~~
亲爱的朋友们，与您分享这"Dan Hobak Jorim"红烧南瓜。在韩文"Dan Hobak"是指甜南瓜。这道菜是小女特烹调给妈妈尝尝的~~

Ingredients :
one pumpkin
Honey 3 Tsp
Korean soy sauce 1 Tsp
Sugar (a) 3 Tsp
Sugar (b) 2 Tsp
Korean plum syrup 1 Tsp ( may use corn syrup to substitute )
Korean white wine 1 Tsp

Topping : sliced almond

Method :
1. Cut the pumpkin into half.

2. Use the spoon to scrape off the seeds.

3. Cut the pumpkin into triangular shapes.

4. Put the pumpkin and 3 Tsp of sugar into a plastic bag. Shake the bag to mix it well.

5. Tie the plastic bag and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

6.Open the plastic bag and throw away the pumpkin juice.

7. Put the pumpkin in the pan and add 3 Tsp of honey, 1 Tsp of soy sauce, 2 Tsp of sugar, plum syrup 1 Tsp, Korean white wine 1 Tsp.

8. Close the lid of the pan and cook it until the pumpkin is soft.

9. Serve it with sliced almond topping.
