"Kko Mak Bibimbin Bab"/血蚶拌饭/꼬막비빔밥

Dear friends, I believe that many of you like the Korean bibimbin bab,have you ever tasted the "Kko Mak Bibimbin Bab/Blood clam bibimbin bab"?
In Korean,  꼬막 " Kko Mak " is Blood Cockle or Blood Clam. The blood cockle is the main  variety raised in  , in Jeollanam Do Province전라남도. 

Tegillarca granosa (also known as Anadara granosa) is a species of ark clam known as the blood cockle or blood clam due to the red haemoglobin liquid inside the soft tissues. 

在韩文,꼬막 " Kko Mak "是 血蚶”(Blood cockle, blood clam)。位于韩国全罗南道的별교읍 (Beolgyo-eup , 邑)是盛产血蚶的地方。

"Song Yeon( 송연/松莲)Han Jeong Sik"

Dear friends, share with you the the "han jong sik" at the "Song Yeon( 송연/松莲)Han Jeong Sik" restaurant in Cheonan city.
 "Han Jeong Sik", a full -course Korean meal with a varied array of banchan (side dishes).
Korean cuisine is largely based upon ricevegetables, and meats. Traditional Korean meals are noted for the number of side dishes (banchan) that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice.Kimchi is served often, sometimes at every meal. Commonly used ingredients include sesame oil,doenjang (fermented bean paste), soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes and gochujang(fermented red chili paste).
Ingredients and dishes vary by province. Many regional dishes have become national, and dishes that were once regional have proliferated in different variations across the country.

"Han Jeong Sik"/韩定食,是韩国传统套餐,含有各种不同种类的小菜(banchan).
韩国料理中多以米食為主食,另有麵食蕎麥、菜、肉等,除了炊煮熟食的飯之外,另外常伴隨熱湯同食。而冬天,醃製的韓國泡菜是飯桌上常見的配菜,以白菜、萝卜、黃瓜等各食材發酵而成,種類齊全而成為飯饌(반찬)。
佐料方面,多用麻油醬油等,尤其大蒜的食用普遍。
烹調方面,由於受氣候影響,必須依季節而有調整。冬天寒冷農作物不興,蔬菜難以生長時必須仰賴泡菜、水泡菜、醬瓜等傳統醃製菜,這些醃製菜通常在入冬前被佐以巴、辣椒等塗抹再放在大中存放,現代後有些醃製品改用玻璃罐擺在屋內。(source: wikipedia)

Dear friends, share with you the from my garden~~ Cosmos sulphureus is also known as sulfur cosmos and yellow cosmos. It is native to Mexico, Central America, and northern South America, and naturalized in other parts of North and South America as well as in Europe, Asia, and Australia
硫華菊(學名:Cosmos sulphureus),又名黃秋英、黃波斯菊、黃花波斯菊、硫黃菊、硫磺菊、黃芙蓉,是菊科秋英屬的一年生草本植物[1],原產於墨西哥,在海拔1600米以下地區自然生長。種加詞sulphureus的本意就是「硫磺的」。
