"Dan Hobak Jorim"/Braised Pumpkin/ 红烧南瓜/ 단호박조림
亲爱的朋友们，与您分享这"Dan Hobak Jorim"红烧南瓜。在韩文"Dan Hobak"是指甜南瓜。 这道菜是小女特烹调给妈妈尝尝的~~
Honey 3 Tsp
Korean soy sauce 1 Tsp
Sugar (a) 3 Tsp
Sugar (b) 2 Tsp
Korean plum syrup 1 Tsp ( may use corn syrup to substitute )
Korean white wine 1 Tsp
Topping : sliced almond
1. Cut the pumpkin into half.
2. Use the spoon to scrape off the seeds.
3. Cut the pumpkin into triangular shapes.
4. Put the pumpkin and 3 Tsp of sugar into a plastic bag. Shake the bag to mix it well.
5. Tie the plastic bag and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
6.Open the plastic bag and throw away the pumpkin juice.
7. Put the pumpkin in the pan and add 3 Tsp of honey, 1 Tsp of soy sauce, 2 Tsp of sugar, plum syrup 1 Tsp, Korean white wine 1 Tsp.
8. Close the lid of the pan and cook it until the pumpkin is soft.
9. Serve it with sliced almond topping.
