In Korean, " Mu-ma-raengi" means "dried slices of daikon". This was  how the Korean ancestors preserved the daikon in autumn during the harvest season and ate in winter  . Slice the daikon into long stripes and dry it under the sun. Till now, Korean do enjoy this dish....
