三层肉之日/"Samgyeopsal"'s Day/삼겹살날

近几年来,每年的 3月3日,韩国人称它为 “三层肉之日” 。顾名思义,这所谓的三层肉就是猪肉上含有三层明显部位肉类的部份。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

在3月3日那天,我们在家也烤三层肉吃。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Since the past few years, Korean call 3rd of March as the " Samgyeopsal's  Day". The literal meaning of the word is "Three (삼)", Layered ( gyeop,겹),Flesh (sal,살), referring to the ostensible three layers that are visible in the  meat.................................................................................................................................

We enjoyed this dish on the 3rd March at home...........

"Samgyeopsal (삼겹살)"三层肉是韩国人人皆喜爱的菜肴之一,尤其是在晚上,三五成群的朋友或家人围在烤炉边,边烤边聊,再来一杯烧酒,大家都会尽兴而归。。。一般上,在吃这三层肉时都不加其他的调味料来醃制肉,烤了之后才沾上所谓的“ssamjang(쌈장,是用豆酱,辣椒酱和其他配料制成)或沾上麻油酱“gireumjang”(麻油加盐)。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。通常ssamjang 是配上蔬菜一起吃,若想享受三层肉的原味,那就只沾上麻油酱吃。

"Samgyeopsal(삼겹살)  is a popular Korean dish commonly served as an evening meal, it consists of thick,fatty slices of pork belly meat. The meat usually neither marinated nor seasoned, is cooked on a grill at the diner's table. Usually diners grill the meat themselves and eat directly from a grill. It is almost always served with at least two kinds of dipping sauces. One is "ssamjang(쌈장)", a paste  consisting chili paste(고추장), soybean paste(된장),sesame oil and other ingredients; the other is "gireumjang (기름장),made with salt and sesame oil,sometimes also black pepper. Usually ssamjang is used when a diner eats samgyeopsal with vegetable accompaniments and giremjang when a diner wants to taste the cooked meat itself.............

                                      
 韩国人喜欢在吃这烤肉的时候,在紫苏叶或生菜叶上放上一块烤肉,蒜片,青辣椒片,ssamjang 等,包好后往嘴里塞。。。。

The most common accompaniments for samgyeopsal are lettuce or perilla leave , sliced garlic,sliced green chili, ssamjang .etc.......
3月3日将接近眉梢的时后,各超市都会打广告,在3月3日那天举行三层肉售卖促销,大平买。。。。
When 3rd March is approaching, the supermarkets in Korea will have promotion sales for "Samgyeopsal" at a cheaper price....
