Seasoned " Bomㅡ Dong"/ 凉拌春白菜/ 봄동무침

This vegetables are  available in Korea , mainly in  late winter and spring. We call it " 봄동 / Bom-Dong". We can use this vegetables to cook soy bean soup, kimchi or season with red pepper sauce,etc.....
这蔬菜,通常在韩国的冬末和春天上市。 我们称它为 “봄동/Bom -Dong/春白菜。 我们用它来煮豆酱汤, 做泡菜或凉拌辣酱等。


봄동( Bom -Dong) 280g
Korean red pepper paste 30 g
minced garlic 1 tsp
chopped spring onion 2 tsp
Korean soy bean paste 2 tsp
sesame oil 2 tsp
roasted sesame seeds 1 tsp


1. Wash the 봄동 ( Bom-dong) gently and blanch in boiling water. Immediately remove and immerse it in cold  water.

2. Gather the 봄동( Bom-dong) in your palms and press out the excess water.

3. Put the red pepper paste,garlic,spring onion,soy bean paste, sesame oil in a bowl, mix it well.

4. Pour the seasonings on the 범동 ( Bom-dong) and mix it well.

5. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds before serve.

봄동( Bom -Dong)/春白菜 280 g
韩式辣椒酱 30 g
蒜蓉 1 tsp
青葱粒 2 tsp
韩式豆酱 2 tsp
麻油 2 tsp
芝麻 1 tsp

1. 轻轻地洗干净春白菜,在热水中稍微地氽汤一下。 从热水中取出后,放入冷水里过水一下。
2. 将春白菜放在双掌内,轻轻地挤出水份。
3. 在碗里将辣椒酱,蒜蓉,青葱,豆酱,麻油拌均。
4. 将调好的酱料和春白菜拌均。
5. 在拌好的春白菜上撒上芝麻。
